This course serves as an introduction to the terms, techniques, and exercises we use in the Theater Program at Bryn Mawr and Haverford Colleges. This is a studio course where active participation is key to learning success. Our main goals are:
● To explore and critically examine our own identity;
● To ignite curiosity and fire up the imagination;
● To learn the principles of action, and apply this to text;
● To encourage exploration beyond one's accustomed comfort limits.
