Note: There is a scene in the film which depicts a healing practice sometimes referred to in English as "coining." In the film the back of a spoon is used to rub on the back to help with illness. The rubbing with the spoon leaves red marks on the skin (thought to be the release of heat, inflammation etc.). This is not to be confused as abuse. In addition, there is a point in the film where the boy who sells things is hit.
