There is one prompt in this oral exam. You need to demonstrate the ability to respond spontaneously to a question. Memorized responses will not be counted towards this oral exam. Responding to the prompt provided in the attachment, it is ok to pause, rephrase, use circumlocution, or to not finish your phrases, when another idea needs to be developed. To best prepare for the exam, you need to learn and practice the vocabulary of the unit and actively participate in class discussions. Once you are ready to take the exam, please open the prompt in the attachment, take a minute or two to collect your thoughts and record your answer using the recording function in Moodle (the microphone button). You can record more than one audio. You are not allowed to discuss the contents of this oral exam with anyone.

CONTENT: 25 points maximum
ACCURACY: 20 points
PRONUNCIATION and INTONATION: 15 points
MASTERY OF UNIT VOCABULARY and PHRASES: 25 points
MODE of RESPONDING (no reading, one response is between 2 and 5 minutes): 15 points
