Known Issue: Some Links not Working after URL change

LITS is aware of an issue in which some links to files within courses are trying to open on poodle.brynmawr.edu after the URL change. We are working to find a site-wide solution. 

In the meantime, here are some workarounds: 
  • The URLs are actually correct (hover your cursor over them to see), so if you right-click (Ctrl-click on Mac) and choose Copy link address or Open link in new tab from the contextual menu it will work. 
  • If you are a Teacher, temporarily changing the course theme may fix the problem for some or all links. Go to the gear icon > Course Settings > Appearance > Format and choose Boost and save. The go to the same place and choose BMC guru and save again.
