Hello!
My name is Christina Tanon-Cruz, and I am entering my 3rd part-time year here at Bryn Mawr. I am interested in opening my own trauma-informed life-coaching practice, particularly teaching life-skills and socio-emotional competencies with adolescents and families. I work full time at Congreso, a non-profit social service agency in the heart of North Philadelphia, teaching drug prevention education to middle and high school students. I am from North Philadelphia, grew up in Wynnefield off city-line, and went to elementary, secondary, undergraduate and now continuing my education on the main line.
My first year's field practice was at my employer in the Family Empowerment Center, co-facilitating the Enhanced Parenting Program. This year I will be at a private trauma-informed practice.
