MC, I can totally relate to your experiences. Working for DoD I knew of colleagues who displayed awful behavior but were not reprimanded. In my supply chain, I knew of a section and referred them to the "Good Ole Boys Club" This group of men would make shrewd comments about colleagues. This group was untouchable. I wish I had spoken more about it but I was told by many people to keep my mouth shut and not cause any issues. I am eager about learning more of creating an inclusive environment and how I can learn to speak up more.
