The Moodle upgrade is complete and normal service has been restored.
We are currently experiencing issues with the Ally plugin’s document conversion features in the updated version of Moodle. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, students and instructors can use these alternative assistive technology options:
- SensusAccess Document Converter to convert course materials to alternative formats (e.g., epub, doc/text, mp3, etc.)
- Standalone assistive technologies recommended by Access Services to read course materials
- Accessibility checkers built into Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft programs to find and fix any accessibility problems in course materials before uploading them to Moodle
