Overviews of Surveillance Studies

The domains of life that have been the greatest contributors to "surveillance studies" are the workplace and the military. But I also think that surveillance is applicable in organized religions, like Christianity, because of the encouragement of discouraging others from sin. This connects to how people in communities can help surveil others in said community.

I thought that the text overviews were helpful and I thought the Monahan and Wood text was especially interesting with its comparisons between modern surveillance and last-capitalist surveillance.
