the REVISED reading assignment and a brief guide to help you compose your required 1-2 page reflection essay for class next week. If you have trouble downloading anything, please let me know IMMEDIATELY.
Please note one of the required readings is a web link (on the handout) and the optional material is a podcast -- totally optional, but it is with one of the authors you have read, so might be of particular interest.
The essays should be written in formal prose, with care in your expression. They cannot be comprehensive, given their brief length. Instead, focus on a few critical issues that you find most vexing or compelling and that you want to share with the class. Just be in touch if you need further guidance.
The essays are due to Moodle by midnight Wed. If Moodle is working, you'll see a place to upload them for next week's class. If Moodle is still empty when you go on it, then just email me the essay at awalker01@brynmawr.edu.
I will have a revised syllabus for you in class on Thursday.
