How does the Grossman Model separate education's impact on health from the impact of income? Could the fact that education has a positive correlation with health be partially due to the fact that people with more education usually come from wealthier families that have better access to healthcare and can afford to have a healthy diet/lifestyle? Which would negatively impact health more -- a high level of education but a low income, or a high income but a low level of education?
