Can the Grossman Model be used to moniter the impact of a "future-oriented" mentality?

The article we read proposed that part of the reason that better health and education loop into each other to improve one another is that they both produce and reinforce a "future-oriented mindset". The idea being that the more invested in your future you are, the more likely you are to be invested in your education and health thus allowing you to better benefit from both. As such, I'm curious to see if the Grossman Model can quantify a future oriented mindset and its impact on overall health as well as how it interacts with other factors.
