Completion requirements
The "Moodleoverflow" activity is designed for created Stackoverflow-like user-moderated forums.
In this case, I've set it so that participants can ask and answers questions anonymously and students can flag helpful answers to "upvote" them (literally move them up in the response listings). An instructor can mark an answer as the solution.
Alternatively, you can allow students to post questions anonymously but identify responses or require identification in both cases. You can also enable instructor review before anything or just answers are posted.
