Oral Final Exam Guidelines

Prepare for the oral exam individually. We will have an oral proficiency interview that will last 15 minutes with each of you.

Be prepared to respond in full sentences to the questions touching on the following topic and add as many details as possible. Below are some topics we may touch upon.

-       Что вы изучали в этом году и почему? Какой предмет ваш любимый и почему? What you were studying and why and your favorite class

-       Расскажите о своих путешествиях. Куда вы ездили в этом году или раньше? Куда вы любите ездить на каникулах? Trips you took

-       Где находятся разные здания на кампусе и как это влияет на вашу жизнь Where various things are located on campus and how this affects your life

-       Опишите вашу комнату или ваш дом или ваше общежитие describe our room, your house, your dorm -- decorations, roommate, etc.

-       расскажите о своих привычках и хобби. Что вы делаете в свободное время? tell about our habits  -- where you like to study, when you like to sleep, what you do in your spare time

-       расскажите о своих мечтах Your hopes, dreams, worries, doubts, etc.

-       расскажите о своем здоровье Your health or the health of others -- friends, pets, etc.

-      что вы планируете делать в августе What you plan to do in August -- again, studies, trips, work, etc.
