  Completing this form is the first step to the clearance process. Please complete this form to obtain your fingerprinting voucher code. Please note that the process for obtaining fingerprints can take time. Start the process now! All clearances must be received by Friday, February 6th, 2026.
  
  The Federal Background Check requires fingerprinting and costs $22.60. One you complete the voucher form, you will receive a code from Sydney Robertson with the Career & Civic Engagement Center for this expense.
  
  The closest fingerprinting location to BMC is the AAA Store in the Ardmore Plaza Shopping Center, 30 Greenfield Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003, (610) 649-9000. The AAA store is about a half mile from the Blue Bus stop at Haverford College.

  The clearances that you will need by Friday February 6th include:
  
  FBI Fingerprinting (fingerprinting must be done in PA for reimbursement)
  
  PA Criminal
  
  Child Abuse
  
  SDP Volunteer Orientation + Quiz
  
  You can complete your PA Child Abuse and Criminal Background Checks online over Winter Break! FBI Fingerprints will need to be done in PA.
