Hello, sophomores!
We hope that you're having a good, if chilly, start to the Spring semester! With February not too far away, we wanted to send some reminders related to the upcoming deadline to apply for College approval to study abroad in Fall 25 or Spring 26.
Applying to study abroad is a two-step process:
First, you must submit an application on BiONiC for College approval by February 14th. Your application will only be considered complete once the BiONiC form and a Major Advisor Evaluation are submitted. Please note that due to the high application volume at this deadline, late and/or incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Next, once you receive College approval (notification occurs in mid-March), you must apply to your Approved Program following your program’s processes and deadlines.

- Tuesday, 1/28 from 2 to 4 pm
