I hope you had a good first week of classes. A quick reminder that your first journal entry and first two annotations are due on Monday night. And if you haven't already signed up for my office hours next week to discuss your project ideas, please sign up today or send me an email to schedule another time if those Wednesday times don't work.
You can start to explore the library resources through the Moodle page link, but I wanted to mention one key resource that would be great to look at this weekend: ArchiveGrid (https://researchworks.oclc.org/archivegrid/). ArchiveGrid compiles the finding aids from archival collections across the world -- so you might try searching a keyword, or key phrase or person, related to your proposed topic. You can also restrict it to particular states or cities to see if there are any related collections nearby. If there is an archive you want to visit -- or try to get scans from -- it's important to start planning for that soon.
