This was a map presented to us in my intro to GIS class called "Queering the Map" that I found really moving. I think it relates to happiness because so of the moments that people have documented are their most meaningful moments in discovering their queer identities. I think its a strong visualization because there are so many entries all over the world, making it a robust dataset. It really helps you conceive of how many happy moments people are having all across the world, because these are just the ones that people who knew about the website felt compelled to document! It makes me really think about the vastness of the human experience.
