Hi folks-
If anyone is interested in learning a bit about designing your own soft toys and soft sculpture, we're going to have a two-part zoom workshop (tonight and next Tuesday at 7:30pm) to talk about pattern drafting, materials and construction techniques! There's no obligation to produce anything, so if you're feeling swamped (I know I am!) it's a good chance to start gathering thoughts for possible future projects.
The makerspace is pretty booked this week and we won't have appointment openings this week on Weds/Sun, but next week we'll have appointments open if you're interested in coming by to work on a pattern design, and we can also talk through your ideas during Thursday office hours. Join if you can!
