I have tried to log into Adobe Illustrator from my personal laptop and from college computers in Park. Each time I enter my login information, it says to check my internet connection and try again another time. Do you have any idea how to resolve this problem?

I ended up contacting LTS and they called me to figure it out. The first step is to make sure you're logged into Adobe creative cloud. If you can't get in contact the LTS. They fixed the problem then I got access to it the next day.
